Refreshing and Revitalizing Mint Face Mask

Ingredients for Mint Face Mask:
    1/4 peeled cucumber
    5 ml of the diluted peppermint oil
    4 tablespoons of green clay

How to Prepare Mint Face Mask:

The preparation steps are simple. Start whisking the cucumber with the mint oil. Stop when the mixture is creamy and pour the mixture into a cup. At this point add the green clay and stir until becoming a thick paste. Apply on face and neck and leave it on for about fifteen minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry yourself . Alternatively, you can also opt for a nice foot bath. In this case you will need:

    3 tablespoons fresh mint
    1 tablespoon sea salt
    1 tablespoon of Epsom salt
    5 ml of the diluted peppermint oil or 2 drops of pure essential oil
    2 drops of pure lemon essential oil

Put the mint leaves in a pot with water and bring to boil. After three minutes, strain and add sea salt and Epsom salt to dissolve into the mixture. Then, leave it for a while. As soon as the liquid will become warm place in a large bowl and add the essential oils . You will be ready at this point, to soak the feet for at least ten minutes. Dry them well and massage you feet. You really feel reborn and it will be easy and fun to prepare at home.
