Papaya and honey mask
Full of enlightening enzymes and antioxidants, a mask of honey and papaya can reduce hyperpigmentation and evening skin tone. Place in a blender: 1 ripe and peeled papaya, and 2 teaspoons of honey. Blend until pureed and then apply it to dry skin. Leave the mask for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Brightening your skin with sour milk mask
Sour milk products contain acids that gently clarifies the skin imperfections. Rubbing expired milk on your face can be quite nasty, so luckily other sour milk products will do the job. Combine in a small bowl : 1/ 4 cup low-fat sour cream, 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt and 2 teaspoons of whole milk. Stir until mixed, then applied to freshly washed skin. Let the mask soak for 20 minutes, then remove with cold water.
Oatmeal and citrus fruits Scrub
The citric acid are gentle on the skin than other acids, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin hyperpigmentation and scrub. Combine in a small bowl : 1/ 4 cup rolled oats, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of grape juice and 2 teaspoons lime juice. Stir until oats are moistened, then apply the mixture to the dry skin. Massage the scrub onto the skin with your fingers for three minutes, then let stand for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
